Our mineral “sunblock” is made with beef tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, aloe butter, hemp oil, local beeswax and cocoa. This is a very nourishing balm. Great for sensitive skin with natural fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids that leave your skin hydrated and restored. Zinc oxide sits on the skin instead of absorbing into it and shields the suns UV rays.
By adding cocoa we minimize the white cast that usually occurs with zinc oxide.
Local beeswax is added to solidify our product more to keep it from melting but more importantly it is added to make our product waterproof.
All ingredients are biodegradable and considered safe for the Marine Ecosystem.
Safe for children. I do not sell anything I do not use myself; my young grandchildren use this all the time.
As with any other sunscreen apply as often as needed.
I cannot claim any SPF.
